Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based at the Sholinganallur, Chennai campus. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management tasks, and supporting HR management initiatives. Additional responsibilities include ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws, providing support in recruitment processes, and serving as a point of contact for employee relations and engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance
- 6 months to 1 year Experience with HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and best practices in personnel management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an education, training, or corporate environment is advantageous
- Proficient with HR software and tools
