About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel processes. This role requires a proactive individual capable of fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organization. The HR professional will collaborate closely with management and employees to address HR-related issues, facilitate communication, and promote organizational growth. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources, including knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits management
- Strong HR management and personnel management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in the construction or related industry is considered an advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions effectively
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation for reporting and audit purposes
- Support management in organizational development and strategic planning efforts
