Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and overseeing employee benefits programs. The role also includes handling personnel management tasks, employee relations, recruitment, and assisting in creating a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, organizational development, and managing employee relations
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Policies to develop, implement, and maintain compliant policies and procedures
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management, including payroll, compensation, and workplace well-being
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR scertification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain industries is advantageous
