Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Bansi Jewellers, located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, including the implementation and administration of HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, managing personnel processes, and supporting employee-related initiatives. The role requires the individual to maintain compliance with labor regulations, facilitate performance management, and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs.
- Strong skills in Personnel Management and employee relations.
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Knowledge of current labor laws and HR compliance practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the retail or jewellery industry is an added advantage.
