Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located at our Mumbai office. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR operations, enforce HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and handle personnel management. The role also includes developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, addressing employee queries, and fostering a strong organizational culture through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Proven expertise in Personnel Management, including recruitment and employee relations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
