Amalthea Consultancy is looking for an experienced HR Manager who can build and implement complete HR systems for our clients across different industries. This is not a traditional internal HR role. You will work directly with client organisations to establish structured HR processes, implement HR frameworks, define organisational roles, and improve overall people operations.
If you enjoy creating HR systems from scratch and solving organisational challenges, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design organisational structures and reporting hierarchies for client organisations.
- Create Job Descriptions (JDs), KRAs, KPIs, and Role Clarity documents for various departments.
- Develop HR SOPs, policies, employee handbooks, and performance management systems.
- Lead HRMS selection, implementation, configuration, and user training.
- Design recruitment, onboarding, appraisal, and employee engagement processes.
- Conduct HR audits, identify process gaps, and implement practical HR solutions.
- Deliver HR training sessions and support clients in adopting new HR processes.
- Manage multiple consulting projects while coordinating with client leadership teams.
