HR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST – US LOGISTICS COMPANY

We are a fast-growing US transportation and logistics company operating 24/7 with night-shift teams aligned to the United States.
We are looking for a high-performance HR Operations Specialist who can:
- Recruit efficiently
- Build HR systems and processes
- Manage employee performance and accountability
- Improve retention and workplace culture
- Handle operational challenges professionally
- Work directly with leadership
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and can manage multiple priorities with strong ownership and communication skills.
WHAT YOU WILL HANDLERecruitment & Hiring
- Hiring dispatchers, trackers, sales staff, operations staff, HR support, accounting staff, and managers
- Conducting interviews and screening candidates efficiently
- Building hiring pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and direct outreach
- Improving quality of hires and reducing hiring timelines
Employee Management
- Attendance monitoring
- Shift management
- Performance tracking
- Handling disciplinary matters professionally
- Conflict resolution
- Employee engagement and retention management
HR Operations
- Onboarding and documentation
- Payroll coordination
- Employee records management
- HR policy implementation
- KPI tracking and reporting
Culture & Accountability
- Building a productive and professional office culture
- Supporting employee development and performance improvement
- Maintaining professionalism during night-shift operations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
✅ Experience managing HR operations for 20+ employees
✅ Experience hiring for fast-paced operational roles
✅ Strong spoken and written English
✅ Comfortable working permanent night shifts
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Fast response time and strong follow-up skills
✅ Comfortable handling conflict and difficult conversations
✅ Strong organizational and reporting skills
BIG ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience in a US trucking/logistics company
- Experience managing dispatch or night-shift teams
- HRMS/HRIS software experience
- Recruitment scaling experience
- KPI/performance management experience
