Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in Indore. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the implementation of curriculum and training programs, and lead a team to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, managing schedules, tracking project progress, maintaining quality standards, and liaising with external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. The Manager will also contribute to strategizing and optimizing organizational growth and efficiency.

- Leadership and team management skills, with an ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee operations and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strategic planning, decision-making, and analytical capabilities
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure quality and efficiency
- Knowledge of finance, psychology, or relevant fields; experience in education or training is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and adapt to a dynamic work environment
