Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Specialist. The HR Specialist will manage and implement HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and adherence to HR policies. This role includes developing employee benefits programs, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. The specialist will also handle workplace conflict resolution, foster an inclusive and productive work culture, and support organizational talent development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles, including recruitment and workforce planning
- Strong experience in HR Management and understanding of HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and programs
- Skills in Personnel Management and conflict resolution
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
