Role Description
HR Specialist to manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and exit management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive timely hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview processes
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and candidate engagement
- Facilitate onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management processes
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance requirements
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support performance management cycles, including appraisals and documentation
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage employee lifecycle changes such as confirmations, promotions, and transfers
- Handle employee relations matters with appropriate guidance
- Manage exit process including resignation handling, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination
- Conduct exit interviews and share insights for retention improvements
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (recruitment + generalist)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
