Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources & Recruitment Intern. As an intern, you will be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, assisting in hiring efforts and conducting interviews. Additionally, you will support onboarding, help coordinate training sessions, and engage with candidates to ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment cycle. This position provides hands-on experience for those passionate about HR and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Skills in Hiring and Recruiting to identify and attract top talent effectively
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication to facilitate clear, professional dialogue with candidates
- Knowledge of Training and onboarding processes to support candidate integration and development
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for human resources and talent acquisition; relevant coursework or experience is a plus
