Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Kolkata for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist. The role entails managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles. The specialist will also work on employer branding initiatives, foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and support HR efforts to ensure a positive employee experience. Collaboration with different teams and proactive engagement with hiring goals will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Strong expertise in Hiring and Talent Acquisition processes
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience in Employer Branding initiatives
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and support diverse recruitment needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
