Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist. The role involves identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various functions to meet the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs, executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiting Specialist will also oversee the candidate experience to ensure seamless onboarding and alignment with IHCL’s culture and values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and core Human Resources principles
- Strong expertise in Hiring processes and strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions
- Experience in Employer Branding to create and promote a compelling employer value proposition
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment for the hospitality sector is a strong advantage
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
