Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The HR Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role involves building strong employer branding initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, and maintaining talent pipelines. Clear communication with candidates and internal teams is essential to ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience in Hiring and Recruitment processes
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Employer Branding strategies and activities
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR or recruiting roles is highly preferred
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulations is a plus
