Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Create and publish job postings across LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
Compensation
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (including performance incentives)
