Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Human Resources Recruiting and Operations Manager. The individual will oversee HR operations, manage recruitment processes, develop and implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and support HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee records, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment, HR strategies, and talent acquisition
- Experience with HR management and developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
- Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry.
