Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Recruiter Intern, based in Chennai. The responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates for various roles, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in onboarding processes. The intern will collaborate closely with the HR team to support talent acquisition initiatives and may also contribute to other HR-related projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment methods and platforms.
- Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and managing applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, HR software, and best practices is a plus.
