Role Description
The full-time Human Resources Recruiter will be a key player in acquiring top talent and building a high-performing team at Specular Business Services. Based on-site in Varanasi, this role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the dynamic staffing needs of the company. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with HR best practices while promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment strategy development.
- Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with employee onboarding and employer branding initiatives is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment, especially for digital marketing, IT, or consulting roles, is a plus.
