Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Recruiting professional. The individual will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. Additional responsibilities include talent acquisition planning, employer branding initiatives, maintaining communication with candidates, supporting onboarding processes, and collaborating with department heads to ensure effective staffing solutions. The role demands excellent organizational skills and a strategic approach to building a strong workforce.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management and core Human Resources (HR) functions.
- Proven experience with Hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively.
- Expertise in Employer Branding to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in handling HR software and tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the technology or ed-tech sector is a plus.
