Job Description:

Since 1997, when SEC Communications introduced Video Conferencing Solutions in India,

SECCOM has been a leading AV and Networking Systems Integrator and Solutions Provider.

Customers trust SEC Communications for Technology Leading, High Quality, and Cost-

Effective Video Conferencing, Video Surveillance, Integrated Building Management, Unified

Communications, Audio Visual, Networking & Security, Data Centre & IT, and IT Infrastructure

and Management Services.

SECCOM is growing rapidly and is looking to create and grow the internal HR function with a

high calibre Talent Acquisition professional.


Job Responsibilities:

 Source and screen high-potential candidates across junior to leadership levels.

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels and functions in the India region.

 Collaborate with leadership to define roles, refine job descriptions, and provide market

insights.

 Maintain strong market intelligence on competitors and top talent.

 Build a robust candidate pipeline through internal references, job portals, forums, networking, and social media.

 Assess candidates’ technical and soft skills through detailed evaluations.

 Oversee interview processes, ensuring seamless coordination with leadership.

 Ensure fair compensation fitment, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth rollouts.

 Maintain candidate engagement to minimize offer reneges.

 Generate recruitment reports and drive continuous process improvements.


Required Knowledge and Skills:

 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with expertise in end-to-end recruitment.

 Proven ability to hire junior resources quickly and headhunt senior management with

long lead times.

 Strong experience in engaging, assessing, and hiring senior-level professionals.

 Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company effectively.

 Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to deliver results.

 Expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple channels.

 Stable career track without frequent job changes.


Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

 Experience in systems integration or technology companies

 Experience in recruiting sales manager and technical manager type profiles


Work Environment:

SECCOM offers a transparent, open work culture based on trust and respect. Employees are

Work Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, except the second and fourth Saturday of every month.
