Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kakori for a Human Resources Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment databases, and collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs. Additional responsibilities include executing onboarding processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with recruitment and HR policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Sourcing, Screening, and Candidate Assessment
- Knowledge in Interview Coordination, Scheduling, and Recruitment Database Management
- Strong understanding of HR Policies, Compliance, and Onboarding Procedures
- Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Management, and Collaboration Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred
