Role Description
Sam Technologies is seeking a full-time Human Resources Recruiter for an on-site position in Chennai. The Recruiter will handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring the best talent is matched with client needs. They will maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. The role also involves leveraging recruitment tools and platforms to identify top talent, effectively managing candidate pipelines, and staying updated on market hiring trends to guide recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and effectively managing candidate pipelines.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and build relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
- Process Management: Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding processes.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience working with hiring tools, applicant tracking systems, and leveraging job boards and online recruitment platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and stay informed about evolving hiring trends and practices.
- Relevant Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Added Advantage: Prior experience in the staffing and recruitment industry or familiarity with hiring across various industries is a plus.
