Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additional responsibilities include developing job descriptions, coordinating with hiring managers and clients, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders. The role also involves understanding client requirements and aligning them with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Candidate Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing
- Experience in Job Descriptions, Recruitment Lifecycle Management, and Talent Acquisition
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Platforms
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
- Prior experience in IT recruitment and staffing, or a related field, is advantageous
- Familiarity with local job market trends and recruitment best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
