Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter, based in Bally. The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will maintain applicant records, ensure compliance with hiring policies, and contribute to building a strong employer brand.

- Recruitment and sourcing expertise, with skills in candidate outreach and engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for interviewing and collaboration
- Organizational and administrative skills for record-keeping and managing multiple tasks
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and compliance standards
- Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing hiring challenges
- Experience in employer branding and building strong professional networks is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting is preferred
