Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in Hazaribag. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Additional responsibilities include coordinating onboarding processes, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Screening
- Strong skills in Communication, Collaboration, and Interpersonal Relationships
- Proven expertise in HR Process Management, Onboarding, and Employee Engagement
- Ability to handle applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools with proficiency
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a recruitment role or HR function is preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment best practices will be an advantage
