Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Human Resources Recruiter at SiS Limited. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement recruitment strategies. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining candidate databases, staying updated with labor laws, and contributing to talent acquisition initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment-related tools
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
- Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple positions simultaneously
- Experience in campus recruitment, vendor management, or onboarding is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
