Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter at our Kanpur location. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. Daily tasks include evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring procedures, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with department heads to address workforce requirements. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with HR policies and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, and candidate evaluation
- Experience in conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding programs
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate recruitment documentation
- Knowledge of best practices in HR policies, diversity, and inclusion within recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an on-site team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software would be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
