Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role located in Bhubaneswar. The HR Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. Additional responsibilities include building strong talent pipelines, maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques, including job posting, resume screening, and networking
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Proficiency in HR practices and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
