Position: HR Recruiter
**Experience Required:** 1+ Year in Recruitment/HR
### Eligibility Criteria:
* Graduate in any discipline
* Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in **English**, **Hindi**, and **any South Indian language** (Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, or Telugu)
* Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
### Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
* Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers
* Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers
* Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities
* Ensure timely closure of open positions
### Skills Required:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring platforms
* Good organizational and coordination skills
