Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Recruiter. As a Human Resources Recruiter Intern, you will assist with sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. You will collaborate with hiring managers, draft job descriptions, and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. You will also provide support in tracking applicant progress and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of recruitment strategies, job advertising, and candidate sourcing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR tools
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for maintaining candidate databases
- Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (current students are also encouraged to apply)
- Previous recruitment experience or familiarity with HR policies is a plus
