Salary : 8k-10k PM + incentives
Role Description:
- Understand hiring requirements, team culture, and business needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/recruitment systems.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
- Analyze market trends and talent availability to improve hiring strategies.
- Promote employer brand and represent the organization professionally.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in any field.
(Only Jamshedpur Candidates )
● Freshers with strong English communication skills.
(Candidates with up to 1 year of experience can also apply).
● Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Words).
● Basic understanding of the recruitment industry.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, research, and innovation skills.
● Ability to manage multiple client requirements and meet deadlines.
● Quick learner with a strong willingness to upskill and reskill.
