Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in Delhi, India. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join the Achievers Club team. Daily tasks include creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment activities, and managing the hiring process. The recruiter will collaborate with different departments to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams
- Experience with sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and interview techniques
- Knowledge of human resources practices and processes, including employee onboarding
- Proficiency in organizing and managing recruitment campaigns effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
