Role Description
This is an Unpaid hybrid role for a Human Resources (Psychology) professional, based in New Delhi with opportunities for partial remote work. The role includes tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring best HR management practices. The selected candidate will also be responsible for fostering a supportive workplace that aligns with Aashraya’s mission of care and community connection.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management is essential.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits is required.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management and team coordination.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and an empathetic approach to human engagement.
- Familiarity with non-profit or social work environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model involving on-site and remote tasks.
