Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Human Resources(Psychology) professional based in New Delhi, with opportunities for remote work. The HR professional will be responsible for managing human resources functions, formulating and implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and facilitating employee benefits programs. Additionally, the role includes fostering a healthy workplace culture and ensuring staff well-being through initiatives that align with psychological best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to varied work settings
- Empathy and knowledge of workplace psychology to ensure employee well-being
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector is a plus
