Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Professional, based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Professional will oversee HR management tasks, including managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and ensuring effective personnel management. Responsibilities will include recruitment, implementing HR practices, supporting staff well-being, resolving employee concerns, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and principles, combined with effective HR management capabilities
- Experience in creating, implementing, and enforcing HR Policies
- Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits and overseeing related administration
- Skilled in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution and team building
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance regulations
