Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Professional. The individual will manage and streamline HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and training development. The role involves collaborating with various teams to implement HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and creating an inclusive and thriving work culture. The chosen candidate will be integral to aligning human capital strategies with Cerebry’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Experience with Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and employee onboarding processes
- Knowledge in Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Labor Law Compliance
- Background in Performance Management, Training and Development, and Leadership Development
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient in HR Software and Technologies
- Ability to manage remote teams and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment
- Prior experience in startups or technology-focused organizations is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
