Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources professional based in Nashik. The individual will oversee HR management, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits programs, and support personnel management. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining compliance with labor laws, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with company values.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and managing HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and team engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
