Role Description
This is an internship role for a Human Resources position with Leap of Love Foundation. The Human Resources Intern will support core HR functions, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and daily operations. The role involves assisting with candidate sourcing and screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and supporting internal communication and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Prior
- knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices is prefered
- Experience or coursework in HR Policies and HR Management will be considered an add on
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for contributing to mental health awareness and social welfare initiatives
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, psychology or a related field
