Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources professional based in Saket. The responsibilities include managing employee recruitment, implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The role also involves ensuring smooth HR operations, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment to align with the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Experience in HR Management, including recruitment and employee relations
- Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies and strategies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity in Saket
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus
- Experience in the education or healthcare sector is advantageous
