Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources position located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The HR professional will manage daily HR operations, including policy implementation, employee relations, and payroll and benefits administration. Responsibilities also include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and experience in creating and implementing HR policies.
- Expertise in Personnel Management and Employee Benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance related to employment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to resolve workforce conflicts and effectively manage employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
