Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Payroll professional based in Delhi, India. The role involves processing and managing payroll operations, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employee benefits and labor laws, and overseeing personnel management tasks. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, working closely with other HR functions, and addressing payroll-related issues effectively.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive to manage the payroll process and assist with HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for processing employee salaries, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly payroll and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
- Maintaining employee payroll records and salary structures.
- Handling statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
- Managing employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records for payroll calculation.
- Preparing salary slips and payroll reports.
- Coordinating with accounts/finance team for salary processing.
- Managing employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
- Updating employee details in HRMS or payroll software.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Payroll or HR Operations preferred.
