Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and HRMS tools.
- Expertise in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and Income Tax).
- Experience in Full & Final settlements and payroll reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with Adrenalin HRMS (preferred).
- Good understanding of the Wage Code, Minimum Wages, labour laws, and payroll statutory compliance.
- Experience in quarterly and annual income tax processes, Form 16 administration, and year-end payroll activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and MIS reporting).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling payroll and employee data.
- 4–8 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience managing payroll for large employee headcounts and multi-location operations is preferred
Below is the Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Handle employee onboarding and maintain employee master data in the HRMS.
- Manage annual salary revisions, increments, promotions, arrears, and CTC restructuring.
- Prepare CTC breakups and salary calculators for new hires and internal movements.
- Process Full & Final (F&F) settlements, including leave encashment, gratuity, notice pay recovery, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain employee medical insurance records and coordinate insurance enrolment and claims.
- Generate salary bank transfer files and maintain payroll payment trackers.
- Create and maintain ESI IP registrations, PF UAN mapping, and employee statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with the Wage Code, Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, EPF Act, ESI Act, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF),Filing returns and other applicable labour laws.
- Prepare MIS reports, payroll dashboards, and management reports with actionable insights.
- Administer Adrenalin HRMS, including payroll, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR workflows.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Business, and Taxation teams to resolve payroll, compliance, and employee-related queries.
- Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and ensure data accuracy before payroll closure.
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare Annexure I and Annexure II data during the financial year-end to facilitate employee income tax return processing and statutory reporting.
- Verify employee tax declarations, exemptions, and investment proofs for accurate TDS computation.
