Job Title: HR & Payroll Executive
Experience Level: 2 - 3 Years
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
Job Type: Full-time.

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Executive to manage our end-to-end payroll processing and support core human resources operations. The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience, a strong understanding of local labor laws, and the ability to maintain 100% accuracy and confidentiality in employee data.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll cycles, including processing timesheets, calculating wages, overtime, and handling voluntary/involuntary deductions.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with new hires, terminations, salary revisions, and tax status changes.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all payroll and employment practices comply with local, state, and central labor laws. Generate periodic payroll, tax, and benefits reports for management.
- Employee Query Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll discrepancies, benefits (e.g., health insurance, PF, gratuity), and general HR policies.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the Finance and HR departments to reconcile earnings, validate data, and assist with broader HR functions like onboarding and performance management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, or generalist HR roles.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Advanced Excel) and experience using payroll/HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday, or local equivalents).
- Core Competencies: High degree of accuracy, strong numerical/analytical skills, strict adherence to confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
