Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Payroll Administrator role based in Chennai. The individual will be responsible for accurate payroll administration, regulatory compliance, and executing effective employee benefit programs. The position will also involve maintaining HR policies, managing HR Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring proper record-keeping for HR and payroll functions. Collaboration with team members to address employee concerns and maintaining accurate employee documentation are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Payroll Administration, including salary processing and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits programs and implementing HR Policies effectively.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other related software systems.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles, processes, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with employees at all levels of the organization.
