Role Description:
We are looking for an HR Partner/Manager, someone who's self-driven, knows what they're doing, and can come in as a strategic partner to the leadership team. We're looking for someone who can build the HR function end-to-end, put the right hiring processes in place, bring in good Talent, review and strengthen policies and SOPs, identify gaps, and ensure they're addressed.
Over time, this person should also be able to build and lead their own HR team.
