Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist located in Delhi, India. The role focuses on managing and improving HR operations and processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, implementing HR strategies, assisting in drafting and revising HR policies, and serving as a liaison between employees and management. The role also requires supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operational functioning.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR)
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Management
- Knowledge and implementation of HR Policies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with local labor laws and workplace regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in designing and improving HR processes is a plus
