Job details:
Responsible for end-to-end HR operations, HR data management, compliance, performance processes, and smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, HRIS, attendance, payroll inputs, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support HR initiatives.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, and attendance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR operations/generalist experience.
- Experience with HRMS tools (Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho, HR One).
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and reporting.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
