⏳ Experience: 3-6 years in end-to-end HR Operations
What You'll Own (Hire-to-Retire):
✅ Onboarding & Induction
✅ Employee Grievance & Relations
✅ Payroll Execution & Attendance/Leave Management
✅ Statutory Compliance
✅ Exit Interviews & Full & Final (F&F) Settlement
Must have-
Good in Excel
What We're Looking For:
🔹 3-6 years of hands-on HR Operations experience
PMS
🔹 Strong command over payroll execution & statutory compliance
🔹 Proven experience with HRMS tools like KEKA, Darwinbox, Zoho or any HR Software
🔹 A detail-oriented professional who can handle the full employee lifecycle independently
