Job Description:
What You will do:
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee data records.
- Handle joining formalities and documentation for new employees.
- Assist in employee on boarding and induction processes.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities and requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Maintain proper documentation for both HR and administrative activities.
- Handle employee exit formalities including resignation documentation, clearance process, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for Full & Final settlement and exit documentation.
- Organize and support employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
- Assist in planning employee engagement programs to maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain employee records, HR reports, and documentation accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR databases.
- Ability to handle multiple HR and administrative tasks efficiently.
