Job Description: HR Operations

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional with 2–4 years of experience to manage and streamline day-to-day HR processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, HRMS management, compliance support, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration
- Support HR compliance activities related to labor laws, audits, and statutory requirements
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits
- Prepare HR reports and MIS dashboards for management review
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR communication activities
- Work closely with recruitment and business teams to ensure smooth HR operations
- Support performance management and appraisal cycle coordination
- Ensure timely issuance of letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role
- Good understanding of HR processes, payroll coordination, and labour compliance
- Experience working with HRMS tools and MS Office applications
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
